Chess Singing

In an issue of a European chess magazine, GM Peter Svidler confesses to having sung in his mind 'there must be some way outa here' when facing an aggressive attack by Curt Hansen in a recent game.

In the 1922 Teplitz-Sch"onau congress book, Teichmann is reported to have gone one stage further, and was 'singing' aloud while considering his move. His singing seemed to be pretty loud, and not very complimentary to his opponent (Janowski), although the bystanders probably enjoyed it...

Reshevsky made his debut on the radio by singing a love song.
